Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Defective Items
For returns of non-defective items, a 25% restocking fee will apply. We will issue a 75% refund to the original payment method if the item is returned in like-new condition. Please note that depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear. Items that are used, damaged, or soiled (e.g., with pet hair or stains) will not be accepted. If an item is returned in poor condition, it will be deemed non-returnable. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected within 48 hours of receipt, and a refund will be processed accordingly.
Defective Items
Defective items will be accepted for return within 30 days, provided there are no signs of abuse or misuse. After this period, we will use our discretion to address any issues related to the product. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or repair.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for orders that have not yet been shipped. We cannot facilitate exchanges for items that have already been shipped.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please inform us and the shipping company immediately. If you notice damage to the packaging or item upon delivery, notify us and the shipping company at that time. For damaged items, we will arrange for a replacement within five business days if the item is in stock. If damage is noticed after delivery, email sales@retrospectinterior.com within 24 hours with photos of the damage. Our team will assess the issue and determine the best course of action.
Inspection and Claims
Upon delivery, signing for the package acknowledges receipt of the merchandise in full and in good condition. Any damage must be noted on the delivery bill or manifest at the time of delivery. To report defective, missing parts, or damaged merchandise, file a claim with customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will repair or replace defective goods at no additional charge if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at sales@retrospectinterior.com. If your return is approved, we will email a return shipping label and instructions. Customer is responsible for printing the return label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
